Great service and explanation of how to prepare the mattress after it had been delivered. The delivery happened as scheduled and they happily took away our old mattress. Love that they vacuum pack the mattresses to make for greener delivery.

Delivery came earlier than expected! Very pleased with the matress I purchased, makes a huge difference buying a good quality one as I used to get severe back pain.

Customer service at Brooke + Wilde was great. Delivery was clearly communicated and the mattress arrived well packaged. The mattress is extremely comfortable and worth the money.

So far so good. Purchasing was easy, delivered earlier than expected and first few days with the new mattress have been brilliant. It’s warmer than my previous mattress but not uncomfortably so. Believe this is a trait of foam mattresses in general. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second elite mattress I have ordered as the first one was so good, I needed to get one for the spare bed, which I occasionally use, as the mattress on there was causing my back to hurt.

Ordering of mattress - straight forward

Time line of mattress - had to wait longer than the 6 weeks due to manufacturing supply issues. Annoyingly I had to contact the company asking for an expected delivery date when it would have been courteous for them to contact me. However they did apologise, they were transparent with the cause of delay and I was offered a complimentary product.

Delivery of mattress - arrived within specified time. Friendly team who delivered to bedroom & gave clear instructions on mattress care.

Mattress - I’ve had the mattress a few weeks now. It’s comfortable and I’ve had restful nights sleep without waking up with an aching back!

I have the medium firm elite mattress! When I bought it, the website said there was a 2 week delivery time, which was key for me - I was moving into a new place and didn't have a mattress. The mattress was delayed by 2-3 weeks but the company was wonderful about it - they gave me a reduction in price and I used the extra money to buy an air mattress for the interim.

While there were definitely moments where I was close to just going to Ikea and buying a mattress, I'm glad I held out — it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, effectively luxury hotel quality. I sleep incredibly well on it! The only issue is occasionally finding it hard to read in bed in the evening because it's so comfortable I find myself falling asleep haha.

Delivery takes a while though and needed to chase - delivery drivers very lovely. Also delivery not very flexible - give you a day to select then a 3 hour time slot the day before which can't be changed!

British company. A little wait for mattress but didn't mind that as it was busy time over Christmas. Lovely people on the phone to speak to about the order. Very comfortable mattresses. We have 2 now a medium and firm. Great support.

I've had numerous issues with Brook and Wilde since purchasing in August, to late delivery, conflicting information provided, poor quality products, poor customer service and delay of refund.

This is the most expensive and worst mattress I’ve ever had. I bought one and went with the guidelines on which (E.g type, firmness) I got the firmest and it’s the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE mattress I’ve ever had. It says there’s a 100 nights trial but you have to return this mattress and not only is this the most uncomfortable and most expensive it’s also the heaviest and most difficult to move. It has no support and just makes you hot and aching. Not in a good way. It’s like they entirely forgot to put the support in. Don’t bother, buy a cheaper better mattress.
